We are led by Dave
Martin. Dave has been working the better half of a
decade in various real estate markets. His ongoing
determination to continually refine his skills of ‘creating’
prosperous investments, for himself and others, finds him
testing and developing cutting edge methods and adapting to
the ever changing elements of our economy. Having begun his
investing career before the Las Vegas area boomed a few
years ago, Dave enjoyed success in a “normal” residential
real estate market (2000-2003), when real estate activity
was in line with national averages. Poised and positioned,
Dave then utilized his skills to capitalize on the rapid
appreciation period (2003-2005). Further honing his skills,
he anticipated the housing value downturn 12 months before
values began to fall in Las Vegas (2006). It was off to
Charlotte, North Carolina, a hotbed for real estate activity
and the #2 banking epicenter in the country where numerous
national banks call home. And home is where Dave wanted to
be. Back to Las Vegas in late 2007, Las Vegas has returned
to a market where outstanding deals can be created. Dave
relishes in the sequence of finding great properties and
then creating deals that are beneficial to all parties
involved.
